During inhale / breathe in:
don't lie completely on the ground, so you keep
the tension.
During exhale / breathe out:
rotate upright and bend in so you can feel the tension.
Attention:
don't do it to fast.
Variation tip:
when bend in hold it for a second before going back.

lower your legs just above the horizontal.

rotate your legs upwards.

in your tows when going upwards
During inhale:
rotate your legs inside.
During exhale:
stretch your legs.
Attention:
don't do it to fast.
Stand Twist
During inhale: rotate your body. ,  During exhale: rotate your body.
