Barbell Pullovers Barbell Rows
During inhale / breathe in:
move the weight above your head inclined towards
the ground.
During exhale
/ breathe out:
move the weight above your head towards your stomach.
Attention
:
keep your back as straight as possible.
Variation tip:
bench press with the weight between the reps.
During inhale / breathe in:
move the weight inclined down and to the front.
During exhale / breathe out:
Pull up the weight towards your middle.
Attention
:
keep your back a little bit hollow and keep your elbow
near your body.
Bent Over Rows Dumbell Pullovers
During inhale:
move the weight inclined down and to the front.
During exhale
:
pull the weight up beside your hip.
Attention
:
keep your back a little bit hollow and keep your elbow
near your body.

During inhale:
move the weight above your head inclined towards
the ground.
During exhale
:
move the weight above your head towards your stomach.
Attention:
keep your back as straight as possible. Rotate your wrist
outside for more tension when the weight is going to the
ground.

Seated Cable Pull Down Front Seated Cable Pull Down Back
During inhale:
let the weight slowly going up.
During exhale:
pull the weight down until the barbell almost touches
your chest.
Attention:
keep your elbow inline with the barbell.
During inhale:
let the weight slowly going up.
During exhale
:
pull the weight down until the barbell almost touches
your neck.
Attention:
keep your back a little bit spherical when pulling the
 weight down. keep your elbow inline with the barbell.
Seated Rows
During inhale:
lower the weight and keep your back a little bit hollow.
During exhale:
pull the weight down until you almost touches your chest
and keep your back a little bit hollow.
Attention
:
keep your elbow near your body.
