Dumbbell Curls

During inhale / breathe in:
lower the weight.
During exhale / breathe out:
rotate the weight upwards.
Attention
:
keep your back straight. When going upwards bend
your wrist inside.
Variation tip:
rotate the weight until the horizon and lower it
again (8 reps), immediately after this do the
upside of the exercise (8 reps).
During inhale / breathe in:
lower the weight.
During exhale / breathe out:
rotate the weight upwards.
Attention
:
keep your back straight and bent
your wrist inside when going upwards.
