During inhale / breathe in:
carefully lower the barbell until it touches your chest.
During exhale / breathe out:
push the barbell slowly out.
Attention:
keep your back as straight as possible.
Variation tip:
hold the barbell small for the inside chest.

your shoulders.

push the dumbbells slowly out.

when above rotate the dumbbells 90 degrees horizontal.

push the dumbbells up to each other.
Attention
:
keep your arms locked and rotate from your shoulders.
when going up bend your wrist inside.
During inhale:
move your arms back.
During exhale
:
rotate your arms inside.
Attention
:
push from your elbow and keep your wrist bend inside.
