During inhale / breathe in:
rotate the weight towards the ground.
During exhale / breathe out:
rotate the weight up.
Attention
:
keep your arms in a locked position and rotate
from your shoulder.
During inhale / breathe in:

rotate the weight up.
Attention
:
keep your arms in a locked position and rotate

Dumbbell Neck Press

Barbell Neck Press

During inhale:
lower the weight until it touch your shoulder.
During exhale:
push the weight up.
Attention
:
push your back straight against the bench.
keep your back straight.

During inhale:
lower the barbell until it touch your shoulder.
During exhale:
push the barbell up.
Attention:
push your back straight against the bench.
keep your back straight.

Military Press

Upright Rows

During inhale:
lower the barbell until it touch your chest.
During exhale:
puss the barbell up.
Attention:
keep your back straight.
During inhale:
lower the barbell.
During exhale:
pull the barbell up until you reach your shoulder.
Attention:
keep your elbow inline with the barbell.

Front Dumbbell Raises

During inhale:
lower the dumbbell.
During exhale:
rotate the dumbbell upwards.
Attention:
keep your arms in a locked position and rotate
from your shoulder.
