Lying Tricep Extension

Seated Tricep Extension

During inhale / breathe in:
Slowly bent the barbell just above your head.
During exhale / breathe out:
rotate the barbell upwards.
Attention:
keep your back straight.
hold your elbow near your body
.
During inhale / breathe in:
lower the dumbbell behind your head.
During exhale / breathe out:
rotate the dumbbell upwards.
Attention:
keep your back straight.
keep your upper arm vertical locked.

Concentration Extension

Pulley Push Downs

During inhale:
lower the dumbbell.
During exhale:
rotate the dumbbell upwards until your arm is straight.
Attention:
don't perform the exercise to heavy.
Variation tip:
rotate your wrist a little inside when your almost
horizontal.

During inhale:
move your arms upright just above horizontal.
During exhale:
push the weight down until your arm is straight.
Attention:
keep your back straight and your elbow near
your body.

Overhead Extensions

During inhale:
move your arms upright.
During exhale:
move the weight down until your arm is vertical.
Attention:
keep your back straight and keep your elbow near
your body.
